Pat makes an appearance in Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie as part of the Nerd protesters.
The Nerd is also present in a double feature episode of Pat the NES Punk, where the former reviews a bad Konami game ( The Adventures of Bayou Billy) and the latter reviews a good LJN game ( The Punisher). Pat also makes a cameo appearance in Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures in the stage Boo! Haunted House. Pat has appeared in a few episodes of the Angry Video Game Nerd series, most notably Nintendo World Championships.
He also guest starred on two episodes of the Spike TV series 1000 Ways to Die as an interviewee.
